The tech that did my mammogram (Cheri) was amazing today. She went above and beyond and deserves all the recognition! Thank you Cheri for the attention you paid to my situation. She had the radiologist come speak to me and they put my mind at ease and avoided unnecessary testing. Big thanks to you both!! Edit to add: After my appointment I called back to request my money back ($400) they had me pay for a diagnostic mammogram that I did not have done (had screening mammogram that my insurance covers). I called billing dept and was transferred to this location, on hold for 25 minutes all for the girl that answered to transfer me back to the billing office. Then the billing office told me I have to wait 7 days. Not great customer service. Had issues scheduling as well. Multiple calls.

Loved it! Everyone was very personable and happy and it was a great overall experience. Also!! I have super deep veins and they have the machine that shows you the vein. So good if you are special like myself 😂 …

Do not go to this location. They have no heat or air in the lobby and it is extremely uncomfortable. If you’re forced to go to this location, make sure you dress appropriately or ask if you can wait out in your car and have them text you for your appointment.

Customer Service was Great, did not have to wait long at all and I was a Walk in from a provider , The receptionist ppl , and the person that took my X-rays were Great , nice, clean environment, friendly

Went here for CAT scans. From the initial phone call to having the test done was a totally seamless process. They kept in touch with me, updating information during the week. Got to the appointment and was seen promptly. In and out within an hour! Friendly staff. Clean facility. Easy to get to. Very pleased with the service.

I was a walk in, registration was super quick with great friendly service. I was called back within 3-4 minutes, a wonderful tech walked me through the whole process, I was out in under 20 minutes. Touchtone is my go to Imaging Facility.

Due to winter weather, there was no way to keep the facility warm. Staff and patients were dressed as though they were outdoors in 20° weather. Patients were huddled around a small ceramic heater. Baylor Scott White can do better.

The staff at the front desk & especially the medical personnel have always been very courteous & professional. The wait time is usually very reasonable, but the waiting area itself leaves a lot to be desired. It’s just too small & crowded. It was an issue pre-Covid, so now it is even more of an issue.
